Training and planning for the Etape du Tour. Come stay up here next year. I did loads of work up the front, probably to much. We got a rolling line going. Fast up inside recover outside and were flying! 30 dudes all working together. Passed loads of people including the big bunch from 3a. All up an awesome experience! Drink loads.

Last time it was a physical challenge like none I had done before. By 920 we are at the base of the Marie Blanc, a 9km climb. The advice is to take it easy early on as the last 3km are said to be the toughest of the whole stage.
